Thank you for shopping with Shelf Dragon! Every Shelf Dragon is handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Because each piece is individually crafted, please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All Shelf Dragons are made by hand after your order is placed.

  • Production Time: Approximately 14 business days

We never mass-produce our products, which means each Shelf Dragon is carefully handcrafted specifically for you before it is shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your Shelf Dragon has been completed, your order will be securely packaged and shipped.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Approximately 14 business days

Total estimated delivery time from the date your order is placed is approximately 28 business days (14 business days for production + 14 business days for shipping).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections (for international orders)
  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected transportation issues

We appreciate your patience if any delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it enters production or ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to find the best possible solution.

International Shipping

International shipping times may vary depending on your country's customs procedures and local postal service. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
